Only full papers written in English can be submitted, electronically on the conference website. Papers must be written in English and should be formatted using the AMIS-defined style. Authors may submit a maximum of two papers (as author or co-author). Papers are invited in the broad areas of:
All the papers will be subjected to a double-blind review process by two of the conference’s reviewers. The criteria considered in the review process are the novelty and originality, the importance to the field, the organization and clarity, the relevance of references, and the quality of results. Anti-plagiarism software will also be used during the reviewing process. The recommendation is acceptance or rejection of the paper. Modifications may be suggested by the conference reviewers or organizers for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
The recommended length of the papers is 15 pages. However, the length is not in itself a criterion for acceptance or rejection. As long as the papers comply with the indicated review criteria, they will not be penalized on length.
Corresponding authors only will be informed about the outcome of the review process. If the paper is the result of teamwork, it is the responsibility of the corresponding author to inform the co-authors of the papers.
The author(s) of accepted papers will be invited to present their papers during the conference in a parallel session. For a paper to be included in the conference program however, at least one author should register for the conference.
The papers presented during AMIS 2017 will be made available to conference participants in electronic version via the online system, after the conference. The conference proceedings will be produced immediately after the conference, and submitted to ISI Thomson for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index. Should you not agree with the inclusion of your paper in the Conference proceedings, please send an email at email@example.com, explicitly asking for your paper to be excluded from the conference proceedings.
