General Information
The Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania, is organizing the 19th edition of the International Conference Accounting and Management Information Systems (AMIS 2026), to be held at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, on June 3-4, 2026.
Papers are invited in the broad areas of financial accounting, managerial accounting, accounting education issues, auditing, financial analysis, and management information systems. Authors are invited to submit theoretical and empirical contributions. All submissions will be double-blind refereed by an international scientific panel.
Publication Outlets
An option for fast-track review is given to intending authors at the Journal of Accounting and Management Information Systems (JAMIS), Czech Financial and Accounting Journal, Theoretical Journal of Accounting, and Krakow Review of Economics and Management. Additionally, a fast-track review is offered to Accounting in Europe via its Paper Development Workshop organized during AMIS 2026. All the journals are covered and indexed in prestigious international databases and catalogues such as EBSCO and ProQuest, and in various national and university rankings (such as the Australian ABSD, Italian VQR and AIDEA, Polish Official Ranking, among others.
